Generic Name : TADALAFIL
ABSTRACT -
Cialis is a medication drug used to treat impotence, erectile dysfunction and even the symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy. This drug works by relaxing the muscles of blood vessels to ease blood flow to specific parts of the body. Variations of Tadalafil are used to improve exercise stamina and treat pulmonary arterial hypertension in adults. Cialis is classified under the drug category, ‘Impotence agents’.
DOSAGE –

- Cialis is to be taken as directed by the doctors. Strength of the drug varies according to condition treated. Ask the doctor to help regulate the strength of the dosage
- The oral tablet is to be consumed whole only once per day with a glass of water.
- This drug can be taken just before sexual intercourse to have an erection.

PRECAUTIONS –
- Provide the doctor with detailed and accurate medical history prior to drug prescription. Notify especially in case of heart conditions, blood pressure conditions, pulmonary veno-occlusive disease, liver / kidney disease, bleeding disorders, blood cell disorders, vision problems and Peyronie’s disease or stomach ulcers.
- Do not use this drug in case of allergies to the drug, usage of nitrate drugs or riociguat.
- Provide the doctor with a detailed drug history, as certain drugs can react lethally with Cialis.
- Avoid using this drug in case of the use of the drug Adcirca (or other medications to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension).
- Avoid alcohol while on drug course.
- Avoid grapefruit while on drug course.
WARNINGS –
- Get medical help immediately in case of painful side effects such as chest pain or nausea occuring during intercourse.
- Certain medications interact with Cialis to cause a serious decrease in blood pressure. Be sure to use other drugs only after the doctor has approved of them.
- Stop using the drug and contact a doctor in case of sudden vision loss.
- Keep out of reach of children. This drug is not recommended for individuals below the age of 18.
- In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
