ABAPERIDONE
Generic Name: ABAPERIDONE
ABSTRACT -
Abaperidone is an investigational atypical antipsychotic compound related to benzisoxazolyl piperidine pharmacology. It has been reported to antagonize serotonin 5-HT2A and dopamine D2 receptors.

SIDE EFFECTS –
- Somnolence or sedation
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Headache
- Extrapyramidal symptoms are possible with dopamine antagonism
- Metabolic or prolactin-related effects are possible by class analogy
ALLRGIC REACTIONS–

- Rash or itching
- Swelling of face, lips, or tongue
- Difficulty breathing

DRUG INTERACTIONS -
