ACOLBIFENE

Generic Name: ACOLBIFENE

ABSTRACT -

Acolbifene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that has been investigated for hormone-dependent cancers, particularly breast cancer and endometrial cancer. It acts as a pure estrogen antagonist in breast and uterine tissue without agonist activity, distinguishing it from earlier generation SERMs. It has also been studied for contraceptive applications.

DOSAGE - 

Acolbifene is an investigational drug. Dosage used in clinical trials has typically ranged from 20 mg to 60 mg orally per day. No approved dosage for routine clinical use. Administered only within clinical trial settings.
