ABSTRACT -
Edivoxetine is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor investigated for psychiatric indications. Development status and indication support should be verified before use.
DOSAGE -
Oral dosing in studies is protocol-specific. Do not extrapolate from other norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Insomnia or somnolence
- Nausea or decreased appetite
- Dry mouth
- Increased heart rate or blood pressure
- Anxiety, agitation, or dizziness
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require medical attention.
- Rash, urticaria, angioedema, bronchospasm, or anaphylaxis
DRUG INTERACTIONS-
- MAO inhibitors and other noradrenergic drugs may cause serious reactions

PREAUTONS–

- Monitor for suicidal ideation, manic activation, hypertension, and serotonin/noradrenergic toxicity
