ABSTRACT -
Duvortuxizumab is an investigational CD19 x CD3 bispecific antibody-like DART protein designed to redirect T cells against CD19-positive B-cell malignancies.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Administered in specialized oncology trials using step-up or protocol-defined dosing when applicable.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Cytokine release syndrome
- Fever or chills
- Neurotoxicity symptoms
- Cytopenias
- Infections
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -

- Infusion hypersensitivity
- Rash or urticaria
