Generic Name: CALOTATUG GINISTINAG
ABSTRACT -
Calotatug ginistinag is an investigational immunocytokine combining the tumour-targeting properties of calotatug (a monoclonal antibody) with an IL-2 or similar cytokine payload to concentrate immunostimulatory signalling within the tumour microenvironment. By delivering cytokine activity specifically at the tumour site, it aims to enhance anti-tumour immunity while limiting systemic cytokine toxicity. Phase I trials are ongoing.
DOSAGE -
Intravenous infusion; dosing schedule and recommended dose being determined in dose-escalation Phase I studies.
SIDE EFFECTS -
- Cytokine-mediated adverse events (fever, fatigue, hypotension)
- Nausea
- Elevated inflammatory markers
- Infusion reactions
- Oedema
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require immediate medical attention.

- Capillary leak syndrome and severe cytokine toxicity risk
- Vascular leak requires fluid management expertise
- Not for use outside of clinical trial setting
