ABAGOVOMAB
Generic Name: Abagovomab
ABSTRACT -
Abagovomab is an investigational murine anti-idiotype monoclonal antibody designed to mimic an epitope of the ovarian cancer antigen CA-125, aiming to stimulate an immune response against CA-125-expressing tumor cells.
DOSAGE –
No routine approved dosage is established. Clinical studies have used subcutaneous administration schedules under protocol supervision for ovarian cancer maintenance/immunotherapy research

- Headache
- Nausea
