ABSTRACT -
Edrecolomab is a monoclonal antibody directed against epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), historically investigated in colorectal and other epithelial cancers.
DOSAGE -
IV oncology dosing is product- or protocol-specific and requires infusion monitoring.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Infusion reactions
- Fever and chills
- Nausea or vomiting
- Rash
- Fatigue
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require medical attention.
- Urticaria, bronchospasm, hypotension, angioedema, or anaphylaxis
DRUG INTEACTIONS-
