ABSTRACT -
Efarindodekin alfa is a recombinant cytokine/interleukin-family biologic. Its safety and activity depend on receptor selectivity and immune-cell activation profile.
DOSAGE -
Protocol-specific dosing only, commonly SC/IV in microgram or weight-based units.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Fever, chills, or flu-like symptoms
- Injection-site reaction
- Fatigue
- Hypotension or capillary-leak-type symptoms
- Liver-enzyme or hematologic changes
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require medical attention.
- Rash, urticaria, dyspnea, hypotension, or anaphylaxis
DRUG INTEACTIONS-
- Other cytokines/checkpoint inhibitors may increase immune toxicity
