ABSTRACT -
Devextinetug is an investigational chimeric monoclonal antibody designed to bind methamphetamine and reduce central nervous system exposure by peripheral sequestration. A single small-molecule formula is not applicable.
DOSAGE -
- No routine clinical dosage is established for general use.
- Dose, route, infusion schedule, and observation must follow the clinical-trial protocol.
- It should be administered with appropriate behavioral and medical support for substance-use disorders.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Infusion reactions, headache, fatigue, nausea, fever, chills, or rash may occur.
