ABSTRACT -
Edasalonexent is an orally administered small molecule designed to inhibit NF-kappaB signaling and reduce inflammation and fibrosis in Duchenne muscular dystrophy development programs.
DOSAGE -
Investigational oral dosing only; follow the relevant trial protocol. It has not been assigned a general approved dosing regimen in this template.
SIDE EEFECTS -
