ABDAVOMERAN

Generic Name: ABDAVOMERAN

ABSTRACT -

Abdavomeran, formerly BNT162b1, is an investigational RNA vaccine candidate encoding a SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding-domain-based antigen. It is an mRNA product and not a conventional small-molecule API.

DOSAGE –

No approved routine dosage is established. Clinical-trial dosing used intramuscular injection schedules under protocol control.

SIDE EFFECTS –

  • Injection-site pain
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Chills
  • Fever
  • Myalgia
  • Arthralgia
  • Nausea

ALLRGIC REACTIONS–

(These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require medical attention.)

  • Immediate allergic reaction
  • Hives or swelling
  • Wheezing or shortness of breath
  • Anaphylaxis

DRUG INTERACTIONS - 

  • No conventional CYP-mediated small-molecule interactions apply

  • Other vaccines or investigational products should be managed by protocol

PRECAUTIONS –
