CABOTAMIG

ABSTRACT -
Cabotamig is an investigational bispecific antibody being developed for the treatment of specific haematological or solid tumour cancers. It simultaneously targets a tumour-associated antigen and CD3 on T cells, redirecting cytotoxic T lymphocytes to kill tumour cells. Phase I trials are characterising its safety, tolerability, and anti-tumour activity.
