Generic Name: ACTINIUM (225Ac) LINTUZUMAB SATETRAXETAN
ABSTRACT -
Actinium (225Ac) Lintuzumab Satetraxetan is an investigational antibody-radioconjugate consisting of lintuzumab (anti-CD33 humanized monoclonal antibody, HuM195) radiolabeled with actinium-225 via a satetraxetan (DOTA-derivative) chelator. It targets CD33-expressing leukemic cells for targeted alpha therapy. It is being investigated for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other myeloid malignancies.
DOSAGE -
Actinium (225Ac) Lintuzumab Satetraxetan is administered as an intravenous infusion in clinical trial settings. Dosage is patient-specific and determined by study protocol, body surface area, and clinical condition. Administered only in specialized hematology-oncology centers with radiation safety infrastructure.
