ABSTRACT -
Datopotamab deruxtecan is a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate composed of the datopotamab antibody linked to a topoisomerase-I inhibitor payload. The structural image is therefore presented as an ADC schematic rather than as a single small molecule.
DOSAGE -
Use only according to oncology product labeling or clinical protocol; dosing and premedication are regimen-specific.
