AVASOPASEM MANGANESE
Generic Name: AVASOPASEM MANGANESE
ABSTRACT -
Avasopasem manganese (GC4419) is an investigational manganese-containing small-molecule superoxide dismutase mimetic designed to convert superoxide to hydrogen peroxide and oxygen in radiation-associated tissue injury settings. Its molecular formula is C₂₁H₃₅Cl₂MnN₅. The chemical representation above shows the 2D coordination-complex structure.
This document is for structured API information only. It is not a prescribing guide. Clinical use, if any, must follow the approved local label, trial protocol, and specialist medical supervision.
DOSAGE -

DRUG INTERACTIONS-
Avasopasem Manganese may interact with certain medicines, biologics, vaccines, protocols, or clinical conditions. Caution is needed with:
- Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy require strict oncology protocol coordination.
- Other antioxidant or redox-active therapies should be reviewed.
- Renal/hepatic risk medicines may affect monitoring plans.
- Patients should inform providers about all medicines, supplements, and vaccines.
Patients should inform healthcare providers about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, herbal products, vaccines, and supplements they are using.
PREAUTIONS–
