DUSQUETIDE

Generic Name: DUSQUETIDE

ABSTRACT -

Dusquetide is a synthetic innate defense regulator peptide investigated for modulation of host immune responses and treatment of oral mucositis and inflammatory lesions.

DOSAGE - 

No approved dosage. Clinical study regimens have used protocol-defined parenteral dosing schedules.

SIDE EEFECTS -

  • Injection/infusion-site reactions
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Fatigue
  • Transient laboratory abnormalities

ALLERGIC REACTIONS -

(These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require medical attention.)

  • Rash or urticaria
  • Angioedema
  • Bronchospasm
  • Anaphylaxis (rare)

DRUG INTERACTIONS-

  • Concurrent immunomodulators may alter pharmacodynamic response
  • Use caution with intensive chemotherapy or immunosuppression in trials
  • Avoid live vaccines during significant immune suppression
