CALOXETIC ACID

Generic Name: CALOXETIC ACID

ABSTRACT -

Caloxetic acid is an investigational small molecule under early-phase clinical evaluation for a metabolic or enzymatic disorder. Its mechanism involves modulation of specific oxidative or metabolic pathways. Detailed pharmacological characterisation is ongoing in Phase I/II studies.

DOSAGE -

Oral administration; dose escalation ongoing in Phase I studies; specific dosing regimen to be established.

SIDE EFFECTS - 

  • Nausea
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Gastrointestinal discomfort
  • Dizziness

ALLERGIC REACTIONS -

These symptoms may indicate an allergic reaction and require immediate medical attention.

  • Skin rash
  • Urticaria
  • Hypersensitivity reactions
  • Angioedema (rare)

DRUG INTERACTIONS-
