ABSTRACT -
Dutogliptin is an investigational small-molecule dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor studied for type 2 diabetes and other cardiometabolic research settings.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Clinical trials have evaluated oral once-daily regimens such as 200-400 mg depending on study design.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Headache
- Nasopharyngitis or upper respiratory symptoms
- Dizziness
- Arthralgia
- Gastrointestinal symptoms
