CABIRALIZUMAB

Generic Name: CABIRALIZUMAB

ABSTRACT -

Cabiralizumab (FPA008) is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), which drives the differentiation and survival of tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs). By depleting immunosuppressive TAMs from the tumour microenvironment, cabiralizumab aims to restore anti-tumour immune activity. It has been evaluated in combination with nivolumab (anti-PD-1) in Phase I/II trials across multiple solid tumour indications.
