AMUVATINIB

Generic Name: AMUVATINIB

ABSTRACT -

Amuvatinib is an investigational oral multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor with activity reported against c-MET, c-RET, mutant c-KIT, PDGFR, and FLT3. It has also been studied for disruption of DNA repair through Rad51 modulation, supporting research in combination oncology regimens. It remains an investigational cancer therapy rather than a routine approved drug.

DOSAGE -

Dosage should be determined only by a qualified oncology professional.

No approved standard dosing regimen is established for routine clinical use.

Clinical-trial dosing depends on cancer type, combination regimen, treatment cycle, organ function, and toxicity.

Monitor blood counts, liver function, gastrointestinal tolerance, ECG when indicated, and tumour response.
