ABSTRACT -
Efanesoctocog alfa is an extended-half-life recombinant factor VIII fusion protein used for hemophilia A prophylaxis and treatment of bleeding under approved product labeling.
DOSAGE -
Use labeled IU/kg dosing for prophylaxis, on-demand treatment, and perioperative management. Adjust based on factor VIII activity, bleeding severity, and clinical response.
