ABSTRACT -
Azetirelin, also known as YM-14673, is a synthetic thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) analog. It has been studied for central nervous system effects and for stimulation of pituitary hormone release. It is a peptide-like small molecule rather than a conventional marketed medicine in most regions. Molecular formula: C₁₅H₂₀N₆O₄; molecular weight: 348.36 g/mol. WARNINGS –
- Can alter endocrine and neurologic responses.
- Seek urgent care for severe allergic reaction, chest pain, severe agitation, or neurologic events.
