ABSTRACT -
Carocovatein is an investigational anti-cancer agent currently in early-phase clinical evaluation. Based on its naming convention and structural class, it targets dysregulated intracellular signalling pathways associated with tumour cell proliferation and survival. Detailed mechanistic and clinical data are being generated in ongoing Phase I studies in solid tumours.
