ACRIXOLIMAB
Generic Name: ACRIXOLIMAB
ABSTRACT -
Acrixolimab is an investigational monoclonal antibody targeting the OX40 ligand (OX40L) pathway, being developed for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. By blocking OX40L-OX40 interactions, it aims to reduce T-cell activation and downstream inflammatory cascades. It is being studied for conditions such as atopic dermatitis and other chronic inflammatory diseases.
