Edralbrutinib is a BTK-inhibitor API candidate. BTK inhibition affects B-cell receptor signaling and may be used in autoimmune or hematologic oncology contexts.
DOSAGE -
Oral study dosing is protocol-specific. Monitor for class-related bleeding, infection, cardiac, and liver effects.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Diarrhea or nausea
- Headache
- Rash
- Infections
- Bleeding or bruising
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
