Generic Name: DUSIGITUMAB
ABSTRACT -
Dusigitumab is an investigational monoclonal antibody designed to neutralize insulin-like growth factors IGF-1 and IGF-2, thereby reducing activation of IGF signaling in tumors.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Intravenous oncology trial dosing is protocol-specific.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- Hyperglycemia or metabolic changes
- Infusion reactions
- Laboratory abnormalities
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -

- Infusion hypersensitivity
- Rash or urticaria
