ABSTRACT -
Dubermatinib is an investigational small-molecule inhibitor of AXL receptor tyrosine kinase studied in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Oral dosing is defined by clinical trial protocol and dose-escalation cohort.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Fatigue
- Anemia or thrombocytopenia
- Elevated liver enzymes
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
