Generic Name: CALOTATUG
ABSTRACT -
Calotatug is an investigational monoclonal antibody targeting a tumour-associated antigen or immune checkpoint pathway being evaluated in early-phase oncology trials. It is being assessed for solid tumours or haematological malignancies where its target is overexpressed or dysregulated. Phase I studies are defining safety, pharmacokinetics, and early efficacy signals.
DOSAGE -
Intravenous infusion; flat or weight-based dosing Q2W or Q3W per Phase I escalation protocol.

- Elevated liver enzymes

ALLERGIC REACTIONS -
