Generic Name: APINOCALTAMIDE
ABSTRACT -
Apinocaltamide is an investigational, orally available small molecule that blocks low-voltage-activated T-type calcium channels, including Cav3 channel subtypes. It was studied for neurologic disorders such as epilepsy and essential tremor. Public development records indicate that programmes were discontinued or terminated; it has no broadly approved therapeutic indication.
