ABSTRACT -
Dulanermin is a recombinant human soluble TRAIL/Apo2 ligand protein investigated as an anticancer therapy that activates TRAIL receptors and apoptotic signaling in susceptible tumor cells.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Administered intravenously in oncology clinical trials according to protocol.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- Fever or chills
- Hepatic enzyme changes
- Infusion-related symptoms
