ABSTRACT -
Duvakitug is an investigational anti-TL1A monoclonal antibody being studied in inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn disease.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Administered per clinical trial protocol; phase studies use protocol-specific parenteral regimens.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Upper respiratory infection
- Headache
- Injection or infusion reactions
- Abdominal symptoms
- Laboratory abnormalities
