Generic Name: DROZITUMAB
ABSTRACT -
Drozitumab is a human monoclonal antibody directed against DR5. It was investigated for antineoplastic activity through death-receptor mediated apoptotic signaling.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Administered intravenously in clinical trials using protocol-defined oncology dosing.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Fatigue
- Nausea or decreased appetite
- Infusion-related reactions
- Cytopenias or laboratory changes
- Tumor-related inflammatory symptoms
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -

- Infusion hypersensitivity
- Urticaria or rash
- Fever/chills during infusion
- Anaphylaxis (rare)
DRUG INTERACTIONS-
- Immunosuppressants may blunt immune-mediated antitumor effects
- Other anticancer agents may increase cytopenia or hepatic toxicity
- Avoid live vaccines during biologic anticancer therapy unless directed

- Monitor for infusion reactions and hepatic/laboratory abnormalities

WARNINGS –
- Severe infusion or hypersensitivity reactions may occur
- Not approved for routine clinical use
