ABSTRACT -
Duligotumab is an investigational dual-action monoclonal antibody targeting EGFR and HER3/ERBB3 signaling pathways in cancer.
DOSAGE -
No approved dosage. Intravenous dosing followed clinical trial protocols.
SIDE EEFECTS -
- Rash or acneiform dermatitis
- Diarrhea
- Fatigue
- Hypomagnesemia or electrolyte changes
- Infusion-related reactions
ALLERGIC REACTIONS -

- Infusion hypersensitivity
- Urticaria
- Angioedema
- Anaphylaxis (rare)
DRUG INTERACTIONS-
- Other EGFR/HER inhibitors may increase dermatologic and gastrointestinal toxicity
