Moms of Eczema patients sleep worse
According to a study at New York, mothers of eczema patients have more difficulty in sleeping. Some of these studies have linked atopic dermatitis in children to sleep loss in parents. It was seen that while mothers of children without AD reported waking up early and sleeping for only six hours, mothers with children who have AD report sleeping less than six hours a day and the conditions grow more severe with the severity of the disease. This was an important study since it may bring out new implications of eczema. Mothers are the primary caregivers for children and it is now a fact that such mothers suffer from sleep problems. Further probation will unfurl the causes for this.
