TOO MUCH SLEEP CAN LEAD TO DEATH

Researchers from McMaster and Peking Union Medical College found out that sleeping for more than six to eight hours might lead to death. People who are sleeping more than eight hours might face the risk of cardiovascular diseases like stroke and heart failure. The study of the research was even published in the Journal of European Heart. The researchers also stated that the day time sleepers might also have the same risk for cardiovascular problems.
